ANDRE MOSKOWITZ · PRACTICAL AI HELP

Make AI make sense for your business.

I work with established small and mid-sized businesses that are early with AI. I sit with you and your team to understand how work actually gets done, then help build practical tools, workflows, and habits that make the business more effective.

ABOUT ME

Human first — always.

I'm Andre. I started my career at IBM Consulting, helping companies across several industries get started with AI – you might remember Watson. I then moved into talent development and people operations, building tools and programs that helped fuel growth and organizational capability.

Today I bring both to small and mid-sized businesses: using AI to build useful tools around real work, and getting teams from AI-curious to confidently fluent.

I live in Huntington, New York. Husband, dad of two, youth sports coach, Cub Scout den leader, and agonizingly loyal Mets fan. Hudson and Ray are my sons' middle names. They're who I do this for.

Two ways to work together.

Some teams need something built. Others need help getting people confident enough to use AI well.

Built a relationship intelligence CRM around how I actually network

Designed and built Network.crm, a private, AI-assisted relationship system that separates relationship strength from client and connector fit, keeps follow-ups visible, and uses meeting context to coach conversations and draft personal outreach. FAQ

Common Questions.

Are you part of a bigger consulting firm?

No — you work directly with me, start to finish. Hudson Ray LLC is just the legal entity behind it.

Do I need a technical team or a CTO to work with you?

No. I work with business leaders, not technical teams — that's the point.

What's the difference between Diagnose & Build and Enable & Activate?

Diagnose & Build improves a process or workflow. Enable & Activate builds team confidence and AI habits.

What size or type of company do you work with?

Established small and mid-sized businesses — often ones that haven't done much with AI yet.

Do you only work with tech-forward companies?

No — the opposite. Most of my clients still run on spreadsheets, email, and manual handoffs.

What happens in the first conversation?

A free, no-pitch intro call to see if AI can actually help your business.

In short

Andre Moskowitz is an AI consultant helping established small and mid-sized businesses find their first practical use of AI — whether that means building a working tool for a stuck workflow, or helping a team get comfortable and confident using AI day to day. Based in Huntington, NY.
