Andre Moskowitz · Practical AI help, one-on-one
I help teams not yet using AI find value right away.
We are firmly in an era where the gap between what you wish existed and what you can make exist has never been smaller. I work directly with leaders and teams — figuring out where to start, building the first useful thing, and making it stick. Clean, simple engagements built for speed and immediate momentum.

You might know this feeling.
If even one of these land, we'd probably have a useful conversation.
You know AI matters, but you haven't done much substantial with it yet.
You've started to adopt AI, though you don't have enough time to really focus on it.
Your team is experimenting individually, with no shared plan or guardrails.
Important work is stuck in spreadsheets, email, old systems, or people's heads.
You want practical next steps — not hype, not a six-month rollout plan.
Discover → Shape → Build → Activate.
A simple way through the noise. We do one step well, then the next.
PHASE 01
Discover
I sit with your work and find where AI could actually help — and where it shouldn't.
PHASE 02
Shape
We pick the right first opportunity and plan it clearly enough to act on this month.
PHASE 03
Build
I build a useful first version, or scope it so a developer, vendor, or your team can.
PHASE 04
Activate
I help your team adopt it, refine it, and turn one win into a habit.

Adoption & Capability
How your people and teams actually use AI in their day-to-day work.
- Setting up tools, access, and basic usage guidelines
- Safe, practical AI training for your team
- Peer-learning circles and best practices
- A company knowledge brain built from your docs, SOPs, and decisions
Custom Tools & Internal Software
Using AI to build the small internal tools your business has needed for years.
- Scoping and shipping internal tools faster — solo or with a developer
- Turning messy spreadsheets into usable workflows
- An inbox-zero / email triage agent for a leader or team
- Document-heavy automations: invoices, forms, contracts, reports
External Workflows
Connecting your business to the outside world with CRM, bots, and pricing tools.
- Sales follow-up, proposal, and quote drafting workflows
- Customer chatbots for handling common inquiries or bookings
- Setting up custom pricing tools or client-facing calculators
- Turning your business data into trends, alerts, and clearer decisions

Talks, demos, and working things I've shipped — most of them built without writing a line of code myself.

ABOUT ME
Human first - always.
I’m Andre. I help organizations turn AI from possibility into practical progress.
Earlier in my career at IBM Consulting, I would lead Cognitive Value Assessments for Fortune 500 companies in which we'd figure out where to start, what to build, and how to make it real.
More recently, my work has centered on people and organizational capability - developing talent, improving performance systems, and using AI, automation, and agents to make everyday processes clearer, faster, and more useful.
We are in an unprecedented era of technological advancement - and I’m excited to help organizations make AI more practical, human, and useful.
Outside of work, I live in Huntington, New York. I’m a husband, dad of two, youth sports coach, cub scout den leader, and devoted New York sports fan. Hudson and Ray are my son's middle names - they're who I do this for.
