Human first — always.
I'm Andre. I started my career at IBM Consulting, helping companies across several industries get started with AI – you might remember Watson. I then moved into talent development and people operations, building tools and programs that helped fuel growth and organizational capability.
Today I bring both to small and mid-sized businesses: using AI to build useful tools around real work, and getting teams from AI-curious to confidently fluent.
I live in Huntington, New York. Husband, dad of two, youth sports coach, Cub Scout den leader, and agonizingly loyal Mets fan. Hudson and Ray are my sons' middle names. They're who I do this for.

Designed and ran an AI workflow using Claude to generate product content for 300+ technical metal SKUs in a fraction of the time.

Mapped a longstanding commodity-pricing process to preserve institutional knowledge and define a path toward a custom quoting application.
Custom Procurement App
Took over a stalled purchasing-system project and built a custom replacement using AI-assisted development. Led requirements, development, testing, and Azure deployment coordination—from requisitions and vendor bids through awards, purchasing documents, and email. The client owns the code, data, and infrastructure.

Built a Glean-powered Quarterly Playback Agent that helped managers surface employee accomplishments across Slack, docs, email, and calendar. It was used 1,000+ times in under two weeks and saved managers 1+ hour per team member during performance review prep.

At IBM's Watson & AI practice, advised C-suite, VP, and Director-level clients on AI opportunities, business cases, roadmaps, and early builds across industries including financial services, insurance, automotive, energy, media, and retail.
Built learning and talent systems at scale
Designed and scaled career, performance, promotion, and learning programs across IBM and Snap, including a career framework for 150,000+ professionals, automation that saved 50,000 hours, and learning programs that supported hundreds of consultants each year.
